COLLABORATORS
Latin American Movement of NNATs Collaborators
The Latin American Movement of NNATs Collaborators is made up of collaborators from Colombia, Argentina, Paraguay, Venezuela, Ecuador, Guatemala and Peru. And that it was born with the purpose of strengthening and giving greater organization to the commitment of the adults that we share, support and assume as our own the struggle and the project of childhood and especially of working children.
One of the first meetings that allowed the constitution of the Latin American Movement of NNATs Collaborators, was the meeting held in Cachipay – Colombia on March 20, 2008. Space where principles such as:
1. Adherence to the Latin American Network is a personal decision that responds to a preferential option for NNATs from popular sectors.
2.The social prominence of childhood and the critical assessment of child labor are assumed as a doctrinal framework.
3. The Latin American Network does not represent, nor is it representative of MOLACNATs, of the Movements or organizations of NNATs or of any other institution.
4. The Latin American Network has autonomy with respect to MOLACNATs and Movements of NNATs, however it is subordinated to the principles of MOLACNATs and does not interfere in its organic structure.
5. The MOLACNATs and the movements of NNATs have absolute autonomy with respect to the Network of Collaborators, so its members do not decide in or on the movements of NNATs, nor do they choose the organic collaborators at any of their levels.
National Movement of Collaborators of NNATs – Base Lima
The National Movement of Collaborators of NNATs – Base Lima, is a Civil Association made up of collaborators, promoters, coordinators, pastoral agents, professionals committed to working for the recognition, respect and exercise of the Human Rights of Children, in addition to accompanying processes of training, promotion and organization of working children and adolescents (NNATs) and collaborators in the Lima region.

In 2006, the I Regional Meeting of Collaborators was held, from that date a work of meetings and articulation of proposals by the NNATs of the Lima region began. In 2007, a commitment was made as a Network of Collaborators of Lima to accompany the formation and consolidation of the organization of NNATs in areas of Lima. Initially, we worked with 4 organizations of children and adolescents, who in November 2007 held a first meeting, and where they chose their delegates to work, jointly, with the team of collaborators, in making decisions about the actions of the Movement, and the elaboration of of a Work Plan, which outlined the actions of each group in their community.
Currently, the National Movement of Collaborators of NNATs Base Lima, accompanies the process of strengthening 6 organizations of NNATs, located in popular areas of the capital: “NASSAE” – San Juan de Lurigancho; “Alejandro Cussiánovich” – San Juan de Lurigancho; “Vista Alegre” – Rimac, I.E. “San José Obrero” – Villa María del Triunfo, and Comas Art Workshop.

Accompaniment strategies to IENNATS
IFEJANT, within the framework of its training proposal, establishes the following lines of action for training work in Educational Institutions of NNATs – IENNATs.
1. Line of formation and training of Collaborators/Teachers and NNATs
The IFEJANT Team develops training for collaborators/teachers and NNATs through collective and individual workshops in each Educational Institution and in each group of NNATs. Transferring methodology, content, didactic material, etc.
The education and training will have as its central axis the Pedagogy of Tenderness and the Paradigm of Integral Protagonism.
2. Line of strengthening of Educational Institutions and Organizations of NNATs.
A liaison strategy is established between the collaborators/teachers and the Organizations of NNATs of the Educational Institutions, in order to establish functions, roles and spaces for protagonist participation of the NNATs and teachers, respecting the spaces of each one of them.
A training and training proposal will be arranged for organizations of NNATs and their collaborators/teachers who accompany the process.
The IFEJANT, collaborates in the elaboration of their work plans and in the actions that they carry out both in the Educational Institutions and in the community.
Educational Institutions and Organizations of NNATs will be enabled to coordinate and contact other experiences in the area, in order to achieve visibility of the educational and organizational proposal of the IENNATs and coordination between the different experiences.
3. Line of social and political incidence
From the establishment of Networks, each Educational Institution and Organizations of NNATs will promote the formation of Networks and the elaboration of a common agenda on the rights of the NNAs that is established in the Program, to later be proposed to the Local and Regional Governments.
The Educational Institutions and Organizations of NNATs will participate in public spaces, to achieve organizational recognition. Likewise, common awareness-raising actions will be carried out regarding the right to quality education and the right to health, based on the diagnosis made in each Educational Institution.
